Soha Frem Karam is the founder and cidermaker behind WATA Cider, Lebanon’s pioneering craft cider brand. She holds degrees in landscape design, ecological management, and agricultural engineering from the American University of Beirut, and a master’s in international development from the London School of Economics. She spent over a decade as a policy advisor with the UN and governmental institutions across the Arab world. Today, Soha divides her time between growing WATA in Lebanon and abroad, and advising local NGOs focused on socio-economic and sustainable development.
