WHAT’S THE INNOVATION?
Our products are made from best quality ingredients that are home grown and free of chemicals. Our main goal is to offer our clients what they need in their daily meals and gatherings starting the appetizers to the dessert, for all types of meals and dishes whether Lebanese or international.
WHAT’S THE STORY BEHIND THE INNOVATION?
It all started with a Mulberry tree grown by my father in 1984. In 2012, we decided to use this tree’s fruit to make delicious mulberry syrup. That was our first production, and that’s how our business started. Later, in 2014 we added new items to our production such as a variety of Jams, Thyme, Distilleries and Peanut Butter.
In 2020, our little girl Iwana was born, but unfortunately with an immunodeficiency disease. Her case was very severe and she needed a Bone Marrow transplant. Due to her case, my wife had to quit her job as a teacher.
For that reason, we needed a career that keeps us resilient. We decided to improve our business and make it our main job.
In 2021, we applied for many NGOs to get some supports. In 2023, we had our factory ready and we carried on with our productions and productivity.
Years later, our production increased and reached more than 60 items.
We are a small family business, and we produce a variety of homemade natural Mouneh with high quality ingredients, with no additives, no artificials and no preservatives.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?
Natural Mouneh that is made at home and free of artificial and preservatives is very important nowadays, because people need to eat healthy to be able to fight the polluted environment that we live in. Lots of viruses and diseases are spreading very fast among humans and most food that we eat is not healthy at all and full of chemicals, artificials and preservatives.
