Founded originally in 2010 as a farm-based initiative, the company was officially registered as Nak Hat SAL in 2022. The brand has grown from primary organic production into a structured food business serving both B2C and B2B markets.

As a women-led initiative, we stay true to culinary roots while meeting modern health standards through ethical and traceable product sourcing and transparent production. Our standout innovation is producing organic bone broths using time-honored methods and organic ingredients, a rare find in regional markets in addition to readymade pastries and kebbe. Nak Hat SAL reinvents traditional Lebanese recipes using only certified organic, locally sourced ingredients, free from pesticide, chemicals, additives, or artificial processing. Nak hat is also known for selling organic thyme, olive oil, sumac and all type of certified pulses.
WHAT’S THE STORY BEHIND THE INNOVATION?
Nak Hat began from a quest for clean, organic foods and a commitment to sustainability and resilience during crisis. Our bone broth innovation was born from the need to avoid waste, using leftover bones from meat and poultry preparation.
When sourcing organic chicken feeds abroad became impossible, we shifted to trusted local suppliers, reinforcing our community ties. Our bone broth innovation also required overcoming technical challenges, perfecting the simmering time and consistency to deliver both flavor and nutritional balance.
