Aline Assaf joined Berytech in October 2021 as Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Coordinator supporting MEL activities across all programs area through process setting, tools development, data analysis, reporting, learning, reflection and evaluation.

Aline has more than 15 years of experience in managing business management systems using different ISO standards 9001, 27001, 45001, 31000, 14001 and LEAN management concept.

She worked as Quality Manager in private sector, developing, maintaining and improving effective quality systems by handling different activities such as process engineering, risk management, conducting audits, providing trainings, creating and calculating KPIs, initiating improvement projects, handling customer satisfaction.

Aline holds a bachelor’s degree in business and Finance from Lebanese Canadian University (LCU) and Université de Quebec à Montréal (UQAM). She is also certified IRCA Lead Quality Auditor 9001 and Safety Auditor 45001; she conducted several audits on different companies with a certification body.

Aline considers that the most exciting work in quality management is dealing with different people and overseeing different activities. Convincing team on the importance of setting a process compliant to standards and thoroughly applying it is a daily challenge.

Aline loves spending quality time with her family especially her 2 daughters.
