Bustan El Zeitoun created a thorough process to ensure the production of E.V.O.O., which included the implementation of several quality field processes, as well as others related to oil milling and storage. WHAT’S THE STORY BEHIND THE INNOVATION?

Walid Mushantaf, the founder of Bustan El Zeitoun, saved a beautiful piece of land in the village of Aabra threatened by urbanization and industrialization in 2011 and turned it into a 25-hectare estate olive tree Italian cultivar haven. He reaped the authentic flavors by harvesting the land’s strengths. That is how Bustan El Zeitoun’s exquisite extra virgin olive oil came to be.

When it came to perfecting his E.V.O.O., the founder of Bustan El Zeitoun prioritized quality over quantity and refused to sacrifice taste for the sake of price. Walid Mushantaf reaped the benefits of his efforts, and his E.V.O.O. now has numerous awards and meets international quality standards. These high-quality products are sourced in Lebanon, manufactured by Lebanese workers, and sold both inside and outside the country.
