Crumble is a family-owned artisanal confectionery established in 1984. They manufacture confections such as chocolate, marzipan, cookies, calissons, macarons, florentines, etc. They grew to become one of the leading suppliers in the Lebanese B2B market.

Crumble’s new protein gluten-free bars will give them a competitive advantage as well as customer trust. They plan to supply the market with healthy products and are currently working on a new Crumble brand that will include healthy, vegan, and gluten-free chocolates with a Lebanese artisanal twist. Crumble plans to release two products by the end of 2022.
