La Recolte’s concept was founded in the summer of 2014, when the owner was looking everywhere for healthy products that suit his children. Starting from their garden in the hills of Chnaniir, Keserwan, he decided to go for local organic produce at affordable prices, promoting a healthy and ecological living.

La Recolte is a family business that has been growing, due to the quality of the services provided, at the lowest cost. After the economical crisis burst in Lebanon last year, they developed another strategy to lower their losses by finding solutions to decrease waste and benefit from their fresh goods before perishing. That is when they started a line of homemade products, from jams to canned goods.
WHAT’S THE INNOVATION?
To respond to their clients’ tastes while keeping a certain uniqueness in their products, La Recolte started combining flavors as carrot and ginger jam; apricot and melon; pear and ginger; mango and apple; peach and rosemary; pear and lavender; and their dressings such as the yellow bell pepper and spices, and red bell pepper and coriander.
As they are working with seasonal fruits and vegetables, they had the chance to experiment new flavors in a short time. The response of those who tasted was amazing!
