PLNTY’s story began when Celine’s daughter got her a manual pasta machine. Ever since, they’ve been honing their craft, and launched PLNTY in 2019. Using only two noble ingredients: free-range eggs and flour, she’s been lovingly preparing fresh pasta, with every dough fold happening in her kitchen.

PLNTY is the only egg based pasta manufacturer in Lebanon. Their product is fresh and naturally dried which makes their pasta unique, does not need refrigeration, lasts up to sixteen months in the pantry, and only takes a few minutes to cook.
WHAT’S THE INNOVATION?
PLNTY’s innovation relies in their pasta production. The pasta dries naturally and is based from eggs. In addition the pasta takes only three to five minutes to cook, depending on the cut.

PLNTY started as a home experiment and refined to reach the used recipe. Their product before the creation of PLNTY and realized that they could achieve a durable fresh pasta.
