Skaff Dairy Farm was established in 2011, after several years of promoting and selling milk, to produce high quality and natural dairy products to the local market. Their business is divided into three departments: the fields, the dairy farm, and the dairy factory where 841 tons of traditional Lebanese dairy products are being produced each year.
Skaff Dairy Farm aims to have a constant development within the farm. It started off with about 20 cows, and today it houses around 125 cows, divided between calves, heifers, etc. with the capacity to house up to 300 cows.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?
Skaff innovation relies on reducing transportation time from farm to the factory, which usually is a major challenge in dairy factories. They are also producing their animal feed in-house which is reducing the dependency on resourcing.

Skaff farm is providing the Lebanese population new European-alike end products produced locally from farm to fork. It focuses on sustainability by producing their own animal feed destined for their farm where the whole environment is benefiting.
